Description
The Customer Service Representative answers inbound calls and resolves customer issues with follow-up as required. A CSR must demonstrate the ability to listen, process, and respond quickly to the customer requests. The position requires strong communication skills and the CSR must feel comfortable dealing with customers. The position also requires the ability to work in a Windows-application computer environment. Data entry skills are also required. Must be bilingual in Spanish/English. This is a full time position.
