I am seeking a Senior IT/Finance Business Systems Analyst with 3-5 years experience for a client offering a direct-hire position located in Sacramento, CA. This is offered by my client as a direct-hire position.

Position Description: Focus on Inter-Company transaction setup enterprise wide to ensure proper accounting posting, transfer price, Profit Elimination Analysis, Inventory on hand value analysis, Inventory PPV and Consign Inventory tracking and analysis.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Duties include variance analysis, effective inventory control reporting, review variance with operations and ensures that the company is in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and with GAAP.· Oversees the cost allocation process to ensure expenses are properly allocated to Business Units, Lines of Business and Subsidiaries. Ensure inventory processes are conducted according to company Procedures and are processed through the accounting systems accurately and timely.
Knowledge and Experience:
· A CPA and / or MBA preferred; 3-5 years experience
· Detail-oriented with strong knowledge and experience in the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).· Must have a solid and practical background in financial analysis techniques and business planning skills.· Cost Accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing environments· Solid inventory control reporting and procedures experience· Cost sheet calculation, ad-hoc forecast Skills/Abilities:· Flexibility and adaptability to work any shift, including overtime, weekends and/or extended hours during peak periods.
· Must have excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with Sr. Management.· Must be able to manage several projects at one time.
