Sales Support Rep 2 (6618LC/141) – Sacramento

Essential Functions:

1.Focuses sales efforts by conducting research to identify potential clients; evaluating prospects position in the industry; implementing organizational procedures; providing technical and operational support to Sales Executives.

2.Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, now products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

3.Resolves issues and improves customer satisfaction by working closely with management and clients to gain cooperation of others; conducting presentations and client meetings.

4.Creates new business opportunities by cross selling products and services; preparing and delivering client presentations; managing financial impact of products and services to clients and Vital and client reimbursement requests; invoicing clients for new products/services; periodically auditing invoices for accuracy.

5.Assists in the implementation of new products by coordinating resources; providing input into determining what products are released and implementation.

6.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports.

7.Makes recommendations for product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.

8.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Qualification Guidelines:

1.Bachelor’s degree required.

2.Requires 5 - 7 years relevant work experience.

3.Must be computer literate in MicroSoft office.
