Hi! We have a room for rent here in South Sacramento. We have a 4 bed, 3 bath house. You\'ll have your own priv. bathroom. Internet included, HBO cable, RV access where you can park your car. We are 2 minutes away from Cosumnes River College. There is a lot of shopping centers around here. We have a friendly neighbor and we live in a court. We have 2 kids. One is turning 3 and one just 1 yr. We love to cook, very friendly, outgoing, and we are a couple about the age of 25 yrs. old. We both have a professional job. We always keep the house clean.

We are asking $450 a month and that\'s including everything. You can do a month to month rent.

What we are looking for a person: someone who don\'t do drugs, no pets, not a heavy drinker,, who would pay on time, no guest overnight and would do her part of chores without being told.
