Essential Areas of Responsibility 

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the entire process for closing an escrow transaction. This position requires strong customer service orientation; candidate must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving skills and strong organizational skills.  The duties include maintaining assigned real estate transactions and providing excellent customer service.  Must have experience in opening, processing, and closing escrow files, transmit escrow instructions to parties involved; maintain follow-up necessary for completion of transactions and issuance of policy; proofread and transmit title policies and other pertinent papers; perform clerical duties such as filing, answering phone, logging in files, typing forms, and correspondence ; assist with and conduct closings, as directed by the supervisor; compile and interpret information affecting status of title to real property to follow instructions and make mathematic computations to complete escrow transactions; perform tasks of limited complexity as guided by general Agency procedures and supervisor instructions.
