Functional Description:
Support the new California EBT contract with over 40 document deliverables, support EPS LOB RFP responses and assist with technical writing for existing EPS projects.
Basic understanding of electronic payment products and services with excellent skills in preparing and formatting MS Work documents and PowerPoint presentations. Will work with technical and non-technical staff. College degree preferred.
· Two years of project documentation experience required.
· Two years experience working on Government proposal responses (RFP, RFI, etc) required.
· Knowledge of EBT and EFT is a plus.
· Ability to work independently with excellent organization skills.
· Some travel may be required.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a must.
· Technical Aptitude – able to understand functional working of the EPS product suite including the operational processes and infrastructure supporting the systems. Ability to communicate these service offerings to customers
