A High-Tech company located in Roseville and Sacramento is seeking an experienced receptionist to be the first impression of the company!
This position will pay anywhere from $30K-33K - DOE.
To be considered, you must have the following requirements reflected on your resume:
*Have 3+ years experience as a receptionist, answering 10+ phone lines
*Consistent Work history
* Scores of 90% on Word and Excel
*Typing speed of 60+wpm
* Meticulous work ethic.
The receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors and directing them to conference rooms. You will be receiving incoming telephone calls from departments and organizations and you will be responsible for getting the caller's name and forwarding the call to the appropriate person or taking a message. You will be providing information and assistance to clients and customers, and answering inquiries for the general public. You will also be scheduling appointments, sending messages, and performing typing and other clerical duties.
